Kota Kinabalu (Jan 9) - Malaysia’s comedy icon Harith Iskander is set to return to the stage with his boldest show yet, “The Outspoken Comedy Tour”, alongside Sabah-based comedian Mad Sabah, in Kota Kinabalu early next year.
The comedy tour will make its Sabah stop at the Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC) on February 8, 2026, starting at 8.00pm, promising an evening filled with sharp wit, honest storytelling and fearless humour.
Following the success of previous hit shows such as Jailed for Jokes, Unfiltered, and 2025 Was a Joke, Harith Iskander is once again pushing boundaries with a performance that takes a candid look at everyday Malaysian life. The show tackles social observations, modern-day absurdities and the courage it takes to speak openly, all delivered through Harith’s signature brand of intelligent comedy.
Joining him on stage is Mad Sabah, known for his relatable style and local flavour, adding a unique Sabahan perspective to the night’s performances. Together, the duo aim to deliver comedy that is both entertaining and thought-provoking.
Organisers describe The Outspoken Comedy Tour as a show that encourages audiences to laugh freely while leaving judgments and negativity at the door. With its mix of bold humour and reflective moments, the performance is expected to resonate strongly with fans of stand-up comedy.
The event is expected to attract a large crowd, as Harith Iskander remains one of the country’s most influential and recognisable comedians. Comedy fans in Sabah can look forward to a night of laughter that challenges, entertains and connects through shared experiences.
