KOTA KINABALU – The owner of a licensed entertainment premises in Donggongon Square, Penampang, was fined RM5,500 or faced eight months' imprisonment after admitting to operating beyond permitted hours.

Anthonio Petrus, proprietor of ON7 entertainment outlet, pleaded guilty to violating Section 4(1) of the Public Entertainment Ordinance 1958 after police found the establishment still operating at 1:50 a.m. on March 19, well past its licensed closing time.
