Kuala Lumpur - It was a nail-biter in Cheras as Sabah FC clawed their way back to a 1-1 draw against KL City FC in a Super League clash that had fans on the edge of their seats.

Things got tense just before halftime when Sabah’s Dean Pelekanos saw red for a reckless tackle, leaving his team to battle it out with just 10 men in the second half. KL City smelled blood and finally broke the deadlock in the 65th minute—thanks to an unfortunate own goal by Dane Ingham, who accidentally turned a dangerous cross into his own net.
But Sabah weren’t done yet. Deep into stoppage time, substitute Gabriel Peres rose to the occasion, nodding in a perfect free-kick from Stuart Wilkin to snatch a dramatic equalizer.
The result leaves KL City hanging on to third place in the standings, tied with Terengganu on four points, while JDT continues to dominate at the top with six. Not the home win KL City fans were hoping for, but definitely a match that kept everyone guessing till the final whistle!
